The tour costs $55 for an hour, and $45 per hour for additional hours, for up to two adults. One hour is normally sufficient to allow you to appreciate the McIntire Historic District and still have time to enjoy Salem's many other attractions. A one and one-half tour provides additional time to explore some significant side streets in the district, and to peek inside at least one pre-1800 home.
